As a Stylist at Salon Paloma, you will provide high-quality cut, color, and styling services in a beautifully renovated luxury environment. You should be able to consult confidently with clients, recommend services, and maintain strong client relationships. - Deliver premium hair services including cutting, coloring, blowouts, and styling
- Provide thoughtful, personalized client consultations
- Maintain a polished, professional appearance at all times
- Build and retain a loyal clientele through great service and communication
- Stay updated with industry techniques, trends, and best practices
- Maintain clean, sanitary, organized work areas and tools
- Work collaboratively with the Salon Paloma team to ensure guests feel welcomed and cared for
- Uphold the salon’s luxury standards in service and client experience
Qualifications
- Solid salon experience (5 years recommended)
- Proficient in modern techniques for color, cuts, and styling
- Strong communication and client-interaction skills
- Professional, reliable, and self-motivated
- Positive attitude and a passion for beauty and artistry
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
