In this role, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional experience in a relaxing and stress-free environment administering professional cuts, styles, chemical services, and therapeutic hair and scalp treatment services to our members and guests. You will report directly to the Director of Spa. 

The ideal candidate will be outgoing, engaging, and professional with the ability to help guests feel welcomed and relaxed, and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences. A minimum of 3 years experience as a Hair Stylist and a valid Arizona State Board Cosmetology License are required. Prior experience in a country club or resort environment is a plus.

*Our Salon and Spa is open within the hours of (8am – 6pm).

Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Greet members and guests in a genuine, courteous, and service-oriented manner and provide an upscale service experience through name recognition, anticipating needs, and exceeding expectations.
• Perform hair services. Conduct all treatments according to treatment guidelines and based on current certifications. Provide quality customer service to take in guest needs and preferences.
• Build rapport and consult with member or guest to assess their expectations.
  Understand the ingredients in products and explain their benefits to the members and guests. Answer guest’s questions in a knowledgeable and professional manner.
• Clean and disinfect all tools after each service. Maintain a clean and organized work area with an emphasis on safety and health rules & regulations. Uphold the standards of sanitation and sterilization as directed by law and the spa's policies and procedures.
• Understand and maintain Arizona State Board of cosmetology rules and regulations.
• Keep license current, maintain required continuing education credits, and stay abreast of current trends and techniques.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
