Position Title & # Of Vacancies: Salon Manager – 1 Position 

Job Duties:

-        Monitor inventory and stocks.

-        Handle customer complaints promptly and take proactive steps to resolve any issues.

-        Resolve scheduling conflict and manage customer appointment bookings.

-        Supervise and support hairstylists and other salon staff.

-        Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. 

Work Setting: Barbershop or hairstyling salon/studio

Terms of Employment:  Permanent; Full-time

Wage: $36.00/hour

Hours: 30-44 hours per week

Skills Requirements 

Education: Completion of Secondary education or equivalent experience. 

Work Experience: Minimum of 1 year experience as a Hairstylist is required. Must have AIT certification.
